Pyramid Brokerage managed the office space leasing for this large medical research facility, formerly called the Center for Medical Science, in Albany, NY. The brokerage sought to create a video and professional photo content that would help them market the listing and increase leased space within in a highly specialized building.
W Beyer Creative used a handheld stabilizer to capture offices, laboratories and foyers. We used a drone to capture footage of the building exterior, parking lot, and placement within a medical district in the Capital Region, NY. We incorporated polished motion graphics explaining important property specs. Our team also produced high quality still images of the interior/exterior.
